RelaxTouch™ doesn’t require any batteries. It recharges quickly with the included USB cable, so you can enjoy continuous use without interruptions.
How long does the battery last?
RelaxTouch™ offers up to 70 minutes of use on a single charge, giving you multiple sessions before needing to recharge via USB.
Are there different intensity levels?
Yes — RelaxTouch™ offers 3 intensity levels, so you can choose between a slower, more gentle massage or a faster, more invigorating one.
Is there a heating function?
Yes — RelaxTouch™ includes a built-in heating feature designed to gently warm the area and enhance the massage experience.
Can I adjust the temperature?
No, the temperature isn’t adjustable. The device uses a pre-set, gentle heat level designed for safe and comfortable use.
How long should I use it for?
We recommend 10 to 15 minutes per session to start. You can adjust based on your comfort level and use it as needed throughout the week.
Where does the device come from?
We’re a small American business and, for now, we don’t yet have the capacity to manufacture our devices in the United States.
Currently, RelaxTouch™ is produced in China, in facilities that meet our quality standards and comply with international regulations.
This is a temporary step — as we continue to grow, our goal is to move production closer to home and support more local manufacturing.
How long does delivery take?
